How we do it

Here’s our approach to ensuring your marketing will be swimmingly effective. It’s simple…Powerful…And scalable. (It works on big picture strategy, single shot projects, and everything in between.) We answer four questions, in order:

1. What’s our Goal? This can be as big as your five-year plan to double market share, or as small as your need for a flier that’s part of a larger program. Either way, the goal should be SMART: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely.

2. Who are we talking to? We’ll work with you to define the target audience and then describe these people demographically and psycho-graphically. Because understanding their needs is the basis for all effective communications.

3. What should we tell them? We’ll study your products thoroughly and combine that knowledge with what we’ve learned about your target market to determine what will thrill your prospective customers. Again, it’s not what we want, but what they perceive as valuable that matters.

4. How should we tell them? Here’s where we create material that gets people excited. Gets them to push aside the clutter and recognize that you have what they need. It’s the fun, creative part of marketing that everyone loves. We love it too and we’re really good at it because we remember to do our homework before we get to this step.
